‘Levnadsintyg’
Many Swedes having lived in Belgium and having reached the age of retirement recieve a Belgian pension. Every year, these are required to file a life certificate (levnadsintyg) to the Belgian Pension Authority.
To get such a certificate, contact the Public Service Officer at the Försäkringskassan office nearest to you (find it here).
